Cape Croker Park

Nathan, a proud member of the Chippewas Nawash nation and the Cape Croker team work hard to bring you quality syrups. The process of tapping the trees has been passed down from family members, and new skills learned from forming friendships with the local Mennonites. Great care is taken when tapping the trees to ensure the most efficient methods are used to capture the most syrup while also caring for the health of the trees.

The Cape Croker team has entered into the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair for the gold, amber, dark and very dark syrups, placing in the top 10 for most of the categories. Considering this fair has such massive reach is a testament to the skill, knowledge and quality of Cape Croker. The team has learned to merge modern and traditional methods to produce a fantastic product.
