Culinary Workshops 2021

Please note that for culinary workshops, we are only delivering locally (Ottawa) for most items (unless otherwise noted). There will be no Canada-wide shipping unless expressly stated as fresh food items are included in most of the boxes.

Please note that we only offer meal kit delivery to Ottawa households. If your postal code begins with the following, we can deliver our workshop kits to you:

If you are purchasing another variety of meal kit (for different workshops), you must purchase them separately. 

Bet your mouth waters when I say “Seared Venison Frenched Rack with Black & Blue Sweet Sweetgrass Sauce”. Order your meal kit on Marketplace and let Chef Bill Alexander Caldwell show you how to make it when it’s delivered to you day of the June workshop. Can you wait that long?

Gather the family in the kitchen and prepare delicious Indigenous fish tacos together! Chef Justine Deschenes will guide you through the cooking. 

Chef Trudy Metcalfe Coe is up north right now…but she promises to be around to cook up some Curried Caribou for you. If you want to be chef, too, register now to get your meal kit when the Festival kicks in in June.

You don’t have to catch it to make it. We’ll deliver the meal kit to your door day of the culinary workshop with Joseph Shawana. Catch of the Day is pan seared Rainbow Trout meal.

*Please note that culinary kits are delivered the week of the workshop, the kit includes fresh produce which is customized to each meal. If you are purchasing other meal kits, you must purchase them separately.  If you purchase a creation workshop or other vendor products with a meal kit, the order will all be delivered at the same time, the week of the culinary workshop event.  If you need the required craft kit or vendor product item beforehand, you will need to order separately to ensure timely delivery.
