Sacred Earth Artworks
Hello/ Wachay!
My name Nuha Maisonneuve (she/her) and I am a proud woman of blended First Nations/East Indian descent. My lineage is rooted in Mushkegowuk Territory (more specifically Moose Factory, Northern ON). Though I grew up off-reserve, my inspiration and artistic practice are deeply rooted to Turtle Island.
I am an aspiring potter/painter, finding profound joy in this sacred work. Every piece created is an offering that reflects beauty and resilience of Mother Earth. My only regret is not answering this ancestral calling to this creative path sooner!
Thank you/Meegwetch!
