SHIPPING/ORDER PICK-UP POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. An email will be sent to let you know your order is on the way or that your order is ready for pick-up!
STORE PICKUP
During checkout, chose the pick-up option. There is no additional charge for picking up your order at our location. Bring your order confirmation when you come to collect your order. If your order has not been picked up within 3 months from the date of purchase, the order will be cancelled without a refund.

Orders can be picked up Thursday-Sunday from 11am-4pm.
SHIPPING POLICY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Occasionally the price of shipping does not get calculated properly on the app, in that case we will contact you for additional shipping payment. When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@madahoki.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
